Payment, taxes, duties

Full payment is due upon purchase on our website. Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on your location:

  1. Customers located in Ontario pay 13% HST
  2. Customers located in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon pay 5% GST. You might be required to pay local PST (Provincial Sales Tax) upon delivery.
  3. Customers located in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island pay 15% HST
  4. Customers in the United States don’t pay any sales taxes during checkout on our webstore. However, you will be responsible to pay any applicable local taxes according to the federal and state laws.

If you are able to pick up your purchase from our location in Toronto, Canada, you will have to pay 13% HST.

Packaging, Shipping

Due to the size and weight of the showers, we offer only certain models for shipping to continental USA and Canada. Most shower kits are available for shipping. Shower kits are packaged and shipped in wooden boxes. Cost of shipping during checkout at our store includes cost of package materials and handling. Products are usually shipped via UPS, Purolator or CanPar. Tracking number is provided.

Products are usually shipped in 7-14 days from the day of purchase.

Local pickup, Delivery

We are located in North Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. All models of the showers are available for local pickup. We can also deliver showers within 250km from Toronto. Delivery cost varies from 0 to CA$250 depending on delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

Inspect your purchase for damage upon delivery

Before you accept your purchase from the shipping company, check for damage. Once you sign the paperwork by the truckline freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim.

If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt (sometimes called a bill of lading) and do not accept the delivery if product looks damaged.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any used or unused item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
